ARGUMENTS . el .TP 15   ​Tcl_Interp *interp (in) A Tcl interpreter. Most procedures use this only for returning error messages; if it is NULL then no error messages are returned. For Tk_CreateOptionTable the value cannot be NULL; it gives the interpreter in which the option table will be used.
