NAMESASUM - SASUM take the sum of the absolute values

SYNOPSISREAL FUNCTION  SASUM(N,SX,INCX)  INTEGER INCX,N  REAL SX(*)

PURPOSE
   SASUM takes the sum of the absolute values.
   uses unrolled loops for increment equal to one.
